Hassan Arafeh

Hassan Arafeh is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in software development and architecture. Currently, Hassan serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Classic Vacations, a Division of Expedia, where responsibilities include leading a core engineering team in redesigning in-house applications and developing a new e-commerce website. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Group One Software, where contributions were made to an ETL server, and Senior Programmer at WhiteLight Systems, focusing on a client/server OLAP system. As the Director of Research and Development at Cygnet Laboratories, Hassan co-founded the company and played a key role in creating a point-of-care patient data management system. Hassan holds a PhD in architecture and advanced trends of parallel computers and parallel processing from Santa Clara University, in addition to a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
