Bill Saint

Bill Saint has been in the homebuilding industry since 1994. Bill began their career as President & CFO of Simonini Builders, where they oversaw all sales, marketing, product development, finance operations, and provided strategic planning and growth plans. In 2010, they moved to Classica Homes, LLC, where they serve as President & CEO. In this role, they oversee homebuilding operations including sales, marketing, product development, finance, construction, as well as strategic planning. Classica is a luxury home builder serving the Charlotte region.

Bill Saint attended the University of Michigan from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting.
