Lynn Wansley

Lynn Wansley has an extensive work history beginning in 1978 when they were an Assistant Vice President in Marketing for Citizens and Southern National Bank. Lynn then moved on to become the Owner/Director of Gymboree Play & Music in 1984. In 1995, they became a Broker for Allen Tate Company and was ranked among the top 15% of all agents. In 2001, they became a Neighborhood Sales Manager for WIELAND HOMES AND NEIGHBORHOODS, selling 30 homes in the first 6 months and closing over $8 million in the first year. In 2002, they became a Sales Manager for Simonini Builders, and then worked in the same role for Classica Homes, LLC from 2011-2014. Lynn then returned to their role as Sales Manager at Toll Brothers in 2012.

Lynn Wansley holds a BA and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, both in English Language and Literature/Letters.
