Chris Lorenz

Chris Lorenz has been working in the construction industry since 1999. Chris began their career as a Construction Supervisor at M/I Home, where they supervised the construction of many homes and achieved high customer ratings. Chris was responsible for quality control at each phase of construction and maintained a schedule for high volume construction. In 2005, they moved to Simonini Builders, where they worked as a Builder. In this role, they managed the construction of multiple high-end luxury homes at one time and was the primary contact for customers throughout the construction of their home. In 2011, they became the Owner of Lorenz Custom Builders. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Project Manager for Blue Haven Pools & Spas - Offices Coast to Coast. Most recently, they have been the Purchasing and Process Manager at Classica Homes.

Chris Lorenz graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics.
