Lucy Lee has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a Cabin Crew member for TransAsia Airways. Lucy then served as a Sales Service Intern at Shanghai Disney Resort, where they assisted with troubleshooting and contract signing. Lucy also worked as a Human Resources Intern at Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel, supporting daily operations and the interview process.

In 2019, Lucy joined Meituan as a Sales Business Development professional, visiting potential clients and adjusting product content to meet partner needs. Lucy later joined Booking.com as a Partner Support Specialist, providing assistance to partners and facilitating cross-departmental communication.

Lucy's next role was at Agoda, where they worked as a Partner Development Specialist. Lucy focused on CRM, account management, and training partners on technologies and tools. During their time at Agoda, they successfully onboarded the hotel chain group QingZhu with over 2,000 hotels.

Currently, Lucy is working at ClassPass as an Associate Account Manager, responsible for revenue and reservation growth in the China market. Lucy monitors supply health using data tools and provides outstanding service to over 500 accounts.

Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Lucy Lee has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Ming Chuan University, which they completed between 2010 and 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in International Hotel Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School between 2017 and 2019.
