Michelle Seibert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle started their career in 2006 as a Summer Camp Counselor at Jameson Ranch Camp. In 2013, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Montana, where they taught undergraduate writing classes and provided one-on-one advising. Michelle also served as a Reader & Fiction Editor during this time.
In 2015, Michelle worked as a Teacher Assistant at Clark Fork School. Michelle then joined AmeriCorps VISTA in 2016 as a College Access Coordinator, where they expanded college access programs and organized workshops on financial aid resources. Concurrently, they also worked as a Post-Secondary Education Advisor at Hughes College Prep, guiding high-school students through various aspects of their academic and college application journey.
Michelle's career took a shift in 2018 when they joined ClassPass as an Account Associate. Michelle worked their way up to become a Mid-Market Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and eventually, a Mid-Market Account Manager. In these positions, they managed relationships with SMB studios, mentored team members, customized negotiations, and actively contributed to team goals.
Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a passion for education and helping others succeed.
Michelle Seibert earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Davis from 2008 to 2012. Michelle then pursued a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from the University of Montana from 2013 to 2015.
