Navina Rajendran has a diverse work experience in the sales and account management field. Navina started their career at Expedia Group in 2015, where they gained experience working in various roles as a Lodging Partner Associate. Navina then progressed to the role of Market Associate and later became an Associate Market Manager. In 2021, Navina joined foodpanda as a Key Account Manager. Currently, they are working at ClassPass, where they have held roles as a Sales & Account Manager (Malaysia), Senior Account Manager (Malaysia), and currently holds the position of Senior Account Manager for Malaysia & Singapore.

Navina Rajendran began their education in 2011 at Taylor's University, where they pursued a foundation in business. After completing their foundation year, they transferred to Northwood University in 2012, where they studied International Business and Management and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Navina Rajendran has obtained certifications to enhance their skills. In December 2013, they obtained a certification from Trinity Guildhall Association. Furthermore, in April 2021, they completed a certification course titled "Excel Essentials for the Real World" from Udemy.
