Madison Wilkinson

Madison Wilkinson has worked in various roles since 2009. Madison began their career as a Student Dean's Office Assistant at the University of Oklahoma in 2009. In 2013, they became an Administrative Assistant at the University of Central Oklahoma, where they managed accounts payable and receivable, placed orders for office items, and scheduled appointments for the Vice President of Development. In 2014, they worked as a Language Assistant at BEDA Escuelas Católicas, where they implemented lessons and activities for students ages 3 to 16. In 2016, Madison joined Interfolio as a Manager of Technical Services. Madison then progressed to Senior Project Manager, where they led strategic, multi-module client projects, and finally to Client Success Manager and Customer Success Advisor, where they provided strategic support and best practices for both consumer and enterprise clients. In 2022, they were appointed Head of Implementation at EdSights.

Madison Wilkinson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International/Global Studies from the University of Oklahoma between 2009 and 2012. In 2019 and 2020, they completed a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. Madison is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School Online, where they are expected to complete a Certificate in Leadership Principles in 2023.
