Bilal Gillani

Bilal Gillani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bilal started their career in 2011 as a Customer Relation Officer for Abacus Consulting, where they were involved in the Telenor Prepaid Project. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an International Clients Relation Executive for i2c Inc., a fintech platform with global associations. Since 2017, Bilal has been working for Soloinsight (CloudGate Platform), initially as a Sr. Executive in Product Management and Customer Success Ops, where they provided in-house support and conducted meetings for implementations. Bilal then moved on to become a Team Lead and eventually a Manager in Product Management and Customer Success Ops, where they managed teams and oversaw project discovery, deployment, and implementation processes. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Client Implementations and Professional Services at Soloinsight, leading a team and being responsible for project scoping and implementation of SaaS-based products.

Bilal Gillani's education history is as follows:

From 2020 to 2021, Bilal attended the University of Alberta and completed a Software Product Management Specialization in the field of Information Technology.

During the same time period, from 2020 to 2021, Bilal also enrolled in the University of Minnesota and obtained a certification in Software Development Lifecycle Specialization, focusing on Computer Software Engineering.

In 2012 to 2013, Bilal pursued a Bachelor's Degree at the University of the Punjab, majoring in English Language.

Earlier, from 2007 to 2009, Bilal obtained an Associate's Degree in Engineering from Punjab College of Sciences.

From 1997 to 2007, Bilal completed their high school education at Cathedral High School Hall Road Lahore, with a focus on Biology, General.

Bilal also holds various additional certifications. In 2022, they obtained the Fundamentals of Agile Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in the same year, Bilal received the EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET).

In 2021, Bilal achieved certifications in Software Development Lifecycle Specialization and Software Product Management Specialization, both from the University of Minnesota and the University of Alberta, respectively. Bilal also obtained the Business English Certification from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage, the Leadership and Team Development certification from IBMI, the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from IBMI, and the Specialization in Project Management Principles and Practices from UC Irvine.

Lastly, Bilal is currently pursuing an English Proficiency Certificate from the Duolingo English Test, with the year of completion specified as 2023.
