Brooke McKiernan

Brooke McKiernan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Brooke began their career as a Bank Teller at Bank of America in 2006 before transitioning to a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator role at Green Giraffe, LLC in 2007. In 2010, Brooke joined Fox Sports Arizona as a Production Assistant, where they worked for two years.

In 2012, Brooke began their tenure at the University of San Diego, initially serving as a Development Coordinator in the School of Business Administration. Brooke was responsible for managing day-to-day operations, donor cultivation events, and relationships with the Board of Advisors. In 2015, Brooke took on the role of Development Manager, assisting in implementing fundraising strategies and increasing revenue generation from external sources. Brooke played a key role in raising $80 million for the USD comprehensive campaign and managed various annual giving components.

In 2017, Brooke transitioned to Classy.org, where they held multiple roles within the Commercial Sales department. Brooke started as a Sales Development Representative and steadily progressed to higher positions, including Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Principal Account Executive, and currently serves as the Manager of Commercial Sales.

Throughout their career, Brooke has demonstrated expertise in sales, donor solicitation, stewardship, event planning, board management, and fundraising strategies. Brooke has also traveled nationally and internationally to visit and solicit prospective donors.

Brooke McKiernan attended Arizona State University from 2006 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree in Intermedia.
