Earl Platt

Earl Platt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Earl is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer I at Classy.org since June 2021. Prior to this, Earl worked at MindTouch as a Technical Customer Success Agent from October 2019 to June 2021, where they provided technical expertise, triaged and validated technical issues, and fostered customer success with assigned accounts. Before that, Earl was a Learning Technology Specialist at Zovio from March 2017 to October 2019, where they led the Learning Technology team, assisted in developing technology strategies, and provided product support for faculty and students. Earl also worked as a Learning Technology Specialist at Zovio from March 2016 to March 2017, where they performed systems administrative functions and consulted on technical platforms. Prior to their role at Zovio, Earl worked at Ashford University in various positions including Curriculum Specialist from June 2014 to March 2016, Curriculum Coordinator from May 2011 to June 2014, and Academic Services Coordinator from February 2011 to May 2011. In these roles, they processed and created documents, mastered the Learning Management System, manipulated HTML and CSS templates, and provided support for department projects. Earl's work experience also includes a role as a Front End Employee at Costco Wholesale from October 2010 to February 2011, where they specialized in member service and provided exceptional customer service.

Earl Platt obtained their Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara, completing their education from 2006 to 2010.
