Katherine Peters

Katherine Peters has a diverse work experience, starting with their role at SafeRides in 2011 as a Team Leader, where they served as a liaison and motivated team members. Katherine then worked as a Leasing Consultant at PLUS Management from 2012 to 2013, where they marketed apartment communities and managed lease documents. Following that, they worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym from 2013 to 2014, creating customized workout programs and maintaining a friendly atmosphere for gym members. In 2014, they served as a Team Lead at Mediterranean Cafe. From 2015 to 2016, they held positions at Ashford University, first as an Enrollment Services Advisor and then as an Admissions Retention Counselor. Since 2016, they have been working at Classy.org, starting as a Sales Development Representative and then transitioning to a Customer Success Specialist before becoming a Technical Support Engineer II in 2020. Their role at Classy involved helping social enterprises raise funds by utilizing their fundraising platform and coordinating events and awards in the social sector.

Katherine Peters attended James River High School from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General. Katherine then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Pre-Occupational Therapy from James Madison University from 2008 to 2012.
