Manager, Technical Support Engineer (api & Integrations) at Classy

Sarah Yee has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Sarah started their career as a Case Manager at the General Assistance Advocacy Project in May 2011. Sarah then served as a JusticeCorps Member at AmeriCorps from September 2011 to September 2012, where they provided assistance to pro per litigants and collaborated with judges.

In July 2012, Sarah worked as a Donor and Customer Relations Specialist at Invisible Children Inc., where they secured contributions, managed CRM platforms, and assisted in planning a large advocacy event.

From January 2014 to June 2014, they interned as a CalFresh Manager at Feeding America San Diego, conducting outreach, providing case management, and connecting clients to social services.

Sarah served as a ReStore Receptionist at San Diego Habitat for Humanity from 2014 to 2015.

In 2013, they worked at TEDxUCSD as a Speaker Relations Associate, responsible for recruiting speakers, overseeing their content, and organizing a student-led symposium on innovation and technology.

Since October 2015, they have been employed at Classy.org in various roles. Sarah started as a Customer Care Representative and later became a Senior Customer Care Representative. From 2018 to 2020, Sarah worked as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in API & Integrations. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Technical Support Engineer.

Sarah Yee obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Social Inequality from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their undergraduate degree, Sarah has also obtained several certifications in Salesforce Trailhead, including the Data Management Badge, Data Modeling Badge, Salesforce Platform Basics Badge, and UI Customization Badge.
