Raúl Pacheco

Raúl Pacheco is a business developer and broker who has worked for Poseidon Shipping Ventures, S.A. and Mathison, Lupini & Assoc. Raúl is currently employed at Flat.mx in an unknown role.

Raúl Pacheco began their career as a legal assistant at Torres, Plaz & Araujo in 2009. In 2010, they became a junior lawyer at Mathison, Lupini & Assoc., where they participated in arbitration processes and provided legal consulting and opinions on commercial and administrative matters. Raúl was also involved in more than 30 judicial proceedings before Venezuelan judicial courts, including procedures before the Supreme Court of Justice.

In 2013, Pacheco became a business developer and broker at Poseidon Shipping Ventures, S.A., where they were responsible for co-brokering shipping contracts, financial modeling, drafting and reviewing contracts, and participating in negotiation processes with state-owned and major oil companies. Raúl left Poseidon Shipping Ventures in 2018 to join Flat.mx.

Raúl Pacheco is a lawyer who specializes in strategic negotiation. Raúl holds a diploma in strategic negotiation from IESA and has taken a course in financial modeling from Investopedia Academy. Raúl is also a graduate of UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
