Maura Morgan

Maura Lutz Morgan is a Partner at Clausen Miller, where experience spans liability defense, including construction, products liability, premises liability, and employment matters, since September 1993. Prior to this role, Maura served as an Attorney at The Budd Company from June 1989 to September 1993, managing litigation support and product liability claims for the automotive manufacturing sector. Maura began the legal career as a Law Clerk, conducting legal research and writing on corporate matters for an international automotive supplier during law school. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature and Writing from Fairfield University.
