Nick Gardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product direction and customer service. Currently serving as Senior Product Director at Clavium since January 2025, Gardner previously held the same title at The Workshop - Inventors of Play from October 2020 to January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Product at Profile Pensions and Head of Customer Service at Sky, where responsibilities revolved around enhancing customer experiences and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, Gardner was Head of Customer Communications at Citi, overseeing brand and marketing initiatives for wind-down businesses, and served as Customer Experience Manager at Egg Banking, focusing on customer communications and brand development. Gardner holds an LL.B. in Law with French from the University of Birmingham (1993 - 1997).
