Claxton’s business strategy integrates the disciplines of acquisition and logistics into a cohesive model – providing program expertise to optimize equipment sustainment strategies to meet operational objectives for availability and affordability. Claxton combines technical, business, and acquisition expertise with small business agility to optimize its service delivery model within each of these core competencies. Our technical capacity, represented by the strength of qualifications of our professional staff, illustrates depth in both DAWIA and FAI competencies, further complemented with PMP, CPCM, and CPL credentials. Over 80% of our senior staff have completed post-graduate education programs with ~90% of all Claxton staff possessing Bachelor’s degrees enhanced with military, or civilian professional experience in the enumerated competencies. These disciplines, when brought together, represent the cornerstone of the Dept. of Defense (DOD) life cycle support strategy for equipping and sustaining its Warfighters.
