Clay Burnett

Clay Burnett founded our employment agency in 2008 and continues a successful recruiting career. Clay is a second-generation executive recruiter (headhunter) and a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. The firm was launched in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County business community and has expanded its client base statewide in California.

“I just love to compete. I’ve always liked team sports – the interaction between players is intriguing to me. It takes teamwork to get the ball to the player who has the best chance to score – that’s common sense – it works and it’s fun.
