Cherie X.

Cherie X. is an accomplished ML/AI Engineer currently working at Clay since April 2025. Prior to this role, Cherie served as the Technical Lead for Machine Learning at Arthur, where responsibilities included leading research and development of GenAI observability and evaluation. Experience at Facebook AI included roles as Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on Responsible AI Fairness and active contributions to algorithmic fairness. Additional work at Instagram involved ensuring wellbeing fairness through machine learning initiatives. Cherie's early career included internships at Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Stanford University, as well as various engineering and data science roles at startups. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Stanford University.
