Danielle Poreh

Danielle Poreh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology, talent development, and design. Currently serving as a Talent Scientist at Clay since April 2025, Danielle is focused on scaling talent and human capital. Previous roles include experimenting and advising on culinary and educational ventures during a sabbatical, partnering with Out-Of-Pocket to enhance healthcare education through events, and being a founding team member and Head of Operations at Better Health, which developed a solution for chronic disease management. Danielle's background also features mentoring healthcare startups at Berkeley SkyDeck, contributing to market development at Ossio, and extensive design research roles, including positions at UC Berkeley, theDesignExchange, and Samsung Electronics. Danielle holds a PhD and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami.
