Davide Grieco

Davide Grieco currently serves as the Head of Growth at Clay since August 2025, concentrating on sales-led growth while collaborating across marketing, product, and sales. Prior to this role, Davide held several positions at Verkada from August 2021 to July 2025, including Director of Growth, where responsibilities spanned demand generation for the US Mid-Market, EMEA, and APAC regions. Davide's earlier career includes roles at J.P. Morgan as an Associate and Analyst in Investment Banking, focusing on transaction management and financial analysis, as well as experience at Nomura as an Analyst in Investment Banking, where top quartile rankings were achieved. Davide started in the finance sector with an internship at Morgan Stanley in Global Capital Markets. Educational achievements include a Diplôme de Grande École in Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi Torino.
