Jay Bhandari

Jay Bhandari is a GTM Engineer at Clay since July 2025. Prior experience includes an MBA internship in GTM and Business Operations at Pika in 2024 and serving as Chief of Staff at thredUP from January 2021 to December 2023, where support was provided to Founder & CEO James Reinhart in various initiatives, including launching the Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS) B2B business. Prior to thredUP, Jay Bhandari worked at Blackstone as a Private Equity Associate and a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst from January 2018 to December 2021, after interning with Georgetown University's investment team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, expected in January 2025, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University, completed in January 2018.
