Alec J Dowell is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in life safety, property preservation, and customer service. Currently serving as a Firefighter for the Clay County Board of County Commissioners since October 2022, Alec previously held firefighter roles with the City of Palatka, focusing on life safety and property/environmental preservation. Additional experience includes positions as a Crewman at Xorail, Sales Consultant at Battery Storage Systems specializing in solar power systems, Project Manager at Hero Construction, and Management Trainee at RaceTrac. Alec's early career included roles in customer service and collegiate athletics, earning academic honors while playing baseball at Florida International University. Alec holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing from Lander University and two associate degrees from St. Johns River State College.
