Heather Boucher, MBA, CIA, currently serves as the Commission Auditor for the Clay County Board of County Commissioners since September 2020. Prior to this role, Heather held various audit positions, including Sr. Auditor I at CSX from April 2015 to August 2020, and Senior Internal Auditor at EverBank from March 2013 to April 2015. Heather's career began as an Enterprise Risk Services Consultant at Deloitte from August 2011 to March 2013. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida (2006-2010).
