Jeremy West is a seasoned professional in software implementation and customer support, currently serving as a Software Implementation Coordinator for the Clay County Board of County Commissioners since January 2017. Previously, Jeremy worked at SumTotal Systems as a Customer Support Analyst, gaining expertise in troubleshooting proprietary software and collaborating with developers to resolve client issues. With a strong background in human resource management from NGA Human Resources and experience in logistics and content writing, Jeremy has a well-rounded skill set. Jeremy holds a BAS in Information Technology Management and multiple technical certificates from Florida State College at Jacksonville, complemented by an Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology.
