Previously, Ken held positions as a Data Analyst and 911 System Manager for Clay County and was the 911 Communications Manager and EMS Compliance Manager for Clay County Fire Rescue. Ken's background includes serving as the Fire Planning & Research Coordinator for the Orange County Fire & Rescue Department and as the President/CEO of Exuro Data Consultants. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager with the State of Florida's Bureau of Preparedness and Response and a significant leadership role at Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department. Ken's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Public Safety Administration and several associate degrees in Nursing and Emergency Medical Services.
