Nikki Quandt

Nikki Quandt is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health field with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Behavioral Health Lead at Clay County Hospital and Clinics since January 2022, Nikki previously held the position of Executive Director at Heartland Human Services from March 2017 to October 2021 and was the Director of Programs at One Hope United from September 1999 to February 2017. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Counseling from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from McKendree College.
