Ashley Wegner

Ashley Wegner has a diverse work experience in the field of public health. Ashley started their career in 2011 as the Adult Viral Hepatitis Program Coordinator at the Wyoming Department of Health, where they worked until August 2015. From November 2015 to April 2017, Ashley served as an Epidemiologist at the City of Springfield, Missouri. Ashley then took on the role of the Communicable Disease Prevention Program Manager at the same organization from April 2017 to April 2018. Since May 2018, Ashley has been working as the Health Planning and Policy Section Chief at the Clay County Public Health Center.

Ashley Wegner's education history includes earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology from South Dakota State University in 2008.

In addition to their academic degrees, Ashley Wegner has also obtained certifications in the field of infection control. In June 2016, they obtained the CIC certification from the CBIC (Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc.).
