Monica Miller, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in community engagement and health promotion. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Specialist at Clay County Public Health Center since September 2022 and as an Executive Committee Membership Officer for SOPHE Midwest, Monica has previously held significant roles including Vaccine Program Support Specialist at the CDC Foundation and Executive Committee Treasurer for Southeast Youth Coalition. With academic credentials that include a Master of Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and prior educational experiences at The University of Kansas and Johnson County Community College, Monica has a strong foundation in both public health and practical application in various community settings, including nutrition education and environmental research.
