Bear McCulley currently serves as a Project Manager at Strategos International, focusing on enhancing school safety through the deployment of skilled school protection specialists. In addition, Bear holds the position of Reserve Deputy Sheriff with the Clay County Sheriff's Office and previously served as a Corporal with the same department for several years. Bear's law enforcement career began as a Police Officer in the City Of Ferrelview and then in the City Of Harrisonville. Prior military experience includes service as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army.
