Clay County Sheriff's Office
Scott Archer currently serves as a Lieutenant in the Patrol Division at the Clay County Sheriff's Office, a position held since April 1999, having also served as Lieutenant for Community and Court Services and progressed through ranks from Sergeant to Corporal and Deputy, with a focus on the School Resource Deputy Unit in the North Kansas City School District. Prior experience includes a role as a Police Officer at the Concordia Police Department from December 1998 to April 1999. Scott Archer holds educational credentials from the University of Central Missouri and Missouri Western State University, additionally completing LEEDA training and earning a Trilogy Award in Organizational Leadership. Further education is pursued at Northwestern University from April to June 2024.
