Rick Lopez

Rick Lopez is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at Clay Lacy Aviation since January 2019, Rick has also held significant roles at American Airlines since May 1990, starting as a Heavy Maintenance Technician and later transitioning to a line/avionics mechanic. Previous positions include Director of Maintenance at Tag Air Inc from November 2004 to December 2014, where responsibilities involved maintaining the operational readiness of corporate aircraft, and at Enterprise Aviation from November 2008 to October 2012, overseeing the maintenance of a corporate B727. Rick's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate in Applied Sciences, along with Airframe and Powerplant certification from George T Baker Aviation School.
