Branyea Jones

Branyea Jones, MBA, currently serves as the Training and Development Manager focused on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Clayco, a position held since August 2018. In this role, Branyea oversees employee development initiatives, manages human engagement policies, and facilitates performance management processes across the enterprise. Prior to Clayco, Branyea was the Training Manager at Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. (FAMS) from August 2009 to August 2018, where responsibilities included administering a Learning Management System and creating innovative training plans. Branyea also held roles as a Senior Collection Specialist and Valet Supervisor earlier in the career. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis (expected December 2024) and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University (2018).
