Amrinder Arora

Amrinder Arora started their career as a Sr. Software Developer at Dante Consulting in February 2001. Amrinder then worked as a Software Analyst at Meritage Technologies from October 2001 to October 2002. In October 2002, they joined GlobalLogic as a Technical Lead and worked there until December 2005. In August 2007, Amrinder started working as an Assistant Professor at Bowie State University until December 2009. Amrinder then joined NTELX in November 2005 as a VP of Technology and worked there until June 2012. From June 2012 to August 2013, they worked as a VP of Solutions at hCentive, Inc. In August 2013, they joined Edifecs as an AVP of Product Management and worked there until February 2015. In February 2015, Amrinder co-founded ClayHR and became the CEO. Alongside their work, they also taught graduate-level Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms classes as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University starting from January 2010, and their publications can be found at Google Scholar.

Amrinder Arora has a strong educational background in computer science. From 1994 to 1998, Amrinder obtained a B Tech degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Following that, Amrinder pursued further studies at The George Washington University, earning a Master's Degree in Computer Science from 1999 to 2000. Eventually, Amrinder went on to complete a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science at The George Washington University from 2002 to 2006.
