Andy Davies has over two decades of experience in production and process improvement roles. Since October 2014, Andy has served as the Production Manager at Colpac Ltd. Additionally, since 2002, Andy has held the position of General Manager - Process Improvement at Clays Ltd, focusing on Lean and System Thinking projects, as well as overseeing offset litho web production with accountability for day-to-day operations involving 120 full-time staff and shift managers.
