Calleb Obumba

Calleb Obumba, MBA, currently serves as the Coordinating Supervisor for Community Schools at Clayton County Public Schools, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Calleb was the Alumni Division Manager at Communities In Schools of Atlanta from March 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing program frameworks to support college graduation and overseeing career preparation initiatives. Calleb's experience also encompasses roles such as Program Manager and Site Coordinator at Communities In Schools of Atlanta, where program expansions and individual academic plans were key contributions. Earlier professional experience includes serving as the Director of Communications and New Media for the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and as an Educator for DeKalb County School District, alongside sports journalism at Marietta Daily Journal. Calleb holds an MBA in Sports Business and Marketing from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Benedict College.
