Kamari Thompson

Kamari Thompson began working at Clayton & Crume in 2022 as a Sales Associate. In the same year, they started working at Chick-fil-A Dixie Hwy as a Training & Food Safety Specialist, where they created and maintained training systems, promoted and led training staff of 12+, evaluated training staff, conducted weekly orientations, ensured completion of onboarding, and implemented training processes. Kamari had previously worked at Chick-fil-A Dixie Hwy from 2018-2022, where they served as a Training Team Leader, Area Leader, and Team Member. In their role as Training Team Leader, they created training systems, oversaw a team of 8 trainers for Front of House, and created training materials.

Kamari Thompson is currently enrolled in the University of Louisville College of Business, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA. Prior to this, they attended Pleasure Ridge Park High School from 2020 to 2022. In 2023, they attended Kaplan Real Estate School to study Real Estate. Additionally, they obtained an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in January 2023 and a Certified Food Manager (CFM) certification from the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness in June 2021.
