Janaldo Mims

Janaldo Mims has a diverse background, with experience in operations, facilities management, and early childhood education. Currently serving as the Manager School Business and Operations at Clayton Early Learning, Janaldo oversees enrollment, help desk, transportation, and ensures the overall safety and aesthetics of the school. With previous roles in supervising staff and providing services for families, Janaldo brings a wealth of experience to the table. Prior to this, Janaldo served in the US Army as an Airborne Medic, demonstrating a dedication to service and excellence. Janaldo holds an Associate's degree from Fayetteville State University and a BA in Behavior Science with a minor in Early Childhood Development from Metro State.
