Aaron Holsinger currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Clayton Homes Inc., leading a team of HR professionals to support numerous manufacturing facilities and home builders across the United States. Prior to this role, Aaron held various senior HR positions at Ingersoll Rand from 2015 to 2025, including Vice President of Human Resources and Global HR Leader for the Power Tools and Lifting business unit, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, HRIS, payroll, and global workforce analytics. Aaron’s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Family Dollar, focusing on talent and change management, project governance, and strategic planning, as well as a position at CVS Health in store operations support. Aaron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Franklin University.
