Kellie Yip

Kellie is an eDiscovery specialist with a core focus in Royal Commissions and Inquiries, as well as dispute resolution, litigation and regulatory responses.

Kellie's leadership and specialist skills have seen her play pivotal roles in the notice response, witness and evidence preparation phases of the recent Aged Care Royal Commission, Bushfires Royal Commission and Financial Services Royal Commission.

She is also regularly involved in investigation and litigation proceedings for private corporations and government clients including regulatory responses to the ATO, ASIC and ACCC.

Kellie holds an Australian Government NV1 security clearance and manages Clayton Utz's IRAP-assessed PROTECTED review environment which is designed exclusively for Australian Government agencies.
