John Dedeo

John Dedeo is an accomplished engineering and management professional with extensive experience in production systems, engineering, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Vice President of Production Systems Engineering and Vice President of EHS at Clayton since September 2022, John previously held various leadership roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from June 2008 to February 2022, including General Manager of US Field Sales, where oversight of a $3B P&L and a nationwide team of over 100 employees was performed. John's impactful contributions included championing the launch of Harley-Davidson's first Chinese-made motorcycle tailored for the Asian market and driving strategic program initiatives that influenced C-suite decision-making. Prior to Harley-Davidson, John held multiple engineering and quality management positions at Mercury Marine, enhancing manufacturing processes and quality standards. Academically, John holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
