Marti Willen

Marti Willen, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Organizational Development at Clayton since May 2021, focusing on enhancing organizational capacity and fostering a positive workplace culture through the implementation of TMX, CX, and Leadership Development programs. Prior roles include Director of Organizational Development for Manufacturing and Supply and Regional Organizational Development Manager, where similar goals were achieved. Prior to Clayton, Marti held the position of Senior Learning Consultant & Business Partner at the University of Tennessee, providing tailored training solutions and development services. Marti's early career involved leadership roles at Faith Promise Church, including Director of First Impressions and Executive Assistant, where experience encompassed human resources management and volunteer training. Marti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Development and an MBA in General Management, both from Tusculum University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Pellissippi State Community College.
