Mitchell Perry

Mitchell Perry is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager and eLearning Instructional Designer at Clayton since December 2020, Mitchell previously held positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Senior Instructional Designer, at Dow as a Learning Content Specialist, and at Academy Sports + Outdoors in various roles, including Senior Learning Technology Specialist and Leadership Trainer. Early professional experiences include Aquatics and Facilities Assistantships at Baylor University, where Mitchell also earned a Master of Education in Student Affairs. Additionally, Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Maritime Studies from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus.
