Ramona Robles

Ramona Robles is the current Manager of Learning and Development at Unite Us. Ramona has held this position since January of 2020. Prior to their current role, Ms. Robles served as an Organizational Development Specialist at Healthfirst from January 2017 to December 2019.

Before their time at Healthfirst, Ms. Robles was the owner of their own consulting company, Ramona Robles Consulting. Ramona has also worked as a Human Resources professional for the New York City Economic Development Corporation from January 2016 to December 2017.

Ms. Robles began their career as a social worker for the County of San Bernardino in January 2011 and held this position until December 2015. Ramona also worked as a behavior therapist for Sunny Days from January 2009 to December 2011.

In addition to their work in the field of human resources and organizational development, Ms. Robles has also worked as a manager and instructor at Oxford Riverside Center and as an onboarding coordinator for the Financial Aid Department at University of California, Riverside.

Their manager is Alex Love, Director of Learning & Development.
