Ralph Elks

Ralph Elks is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Learning and Development at Clayton since June 2017, Ralph previously held the role of Director of Learning and Development at The Evangelical Alliance Mission from June 2015 to June 2017. Prior to that, Ralph was the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing training for several high-volume hospitality brands. Ralph's career in training began at Ruby Tuesday, where Ralph managed the creation and implementation of training systems from January 2000 to March 2012. Ralph holds educational qualifications from East Carolina University, where studies took place from 1998 to 2000.
