Ronda Boutcher

Ronda Boutcher currently serves as the VP of Retail Technology at Clayton, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ronda was the Director of IT Retail Product and Technology at Tractor Supply Company from December 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading product strategy and execution for solutions across 2,200 Tractor Supply and 200 Petsense locations, culminating in the development of the "Store of the Future" vision. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Store Systems at Pet Retail Brands, overseeing the technology merger of two major pet retail chains, and a significant tenure at Foot Locker as Senior Director of Store Systems, managing global support for over 3,200 stores. Ronda also established the Corporate Project Management Office at Foot Locker's IS&T Department. Ronda holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
