Sarah Sharp serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Clayton since March 2022, leading HR and people strategy for the technology business unit. Responsibilities include managing the entire team member lifecycle, which encompasses talent acquisition, training, and engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Senior Director of Talent Management and Human Resources at GEODIS from July 2012 to March 2022, where contributions were made to align talent management strategies with corporate goals across various human capital teams. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Career Services at ITT Technical Institute, a Legal Assistant at Peter T. Skeie, Attorney at Law, and an Internship as Constituent Services Representative for United States Senator Lamar Alexander. Sarah Sharp earned a B.A. in Communication Studies and Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2009.
