Andy Holder

Andy Holder has over 35 years of experience in the construction and property services industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at CLC Group Limited since October 2017, Andy is responsible for managing site issues, work programming, resource and subcontractor management, health and safety, and procurement. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Operations Manager at Mitie Property Services from July 1997 to September 2017, where significant projects included a £22M Decent Homes contract at Thornhill Estate in Southampton and various refurbishments for local councils. Andy's career began as an apprentice carpenter, progressing through roles such as Site Supervisor and Contracts Manager, demonstrating comprehensive expertise in both operational and project management within the sector.
