In 2005, they moved to CLC Group Limited and took on the role of Managing Quantity Surveyor. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held positions such as Divisional Manager and Director. In 2018, they became the Operations Director (Midlands/North) at CLC Group Limited, where they currently work.
From 2007 to 2011, Matt Hilton attended the University of Wolverhampton. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in RICS Commercial management & Quantity Surveying.
