Suzanne Lesser

Suzanne Lesser (formerly Gaffney) is a seasoned Learning and Development Consultant with extensive experience in training management and program implementation across multiple industries. Currently at CLD Partners since 2012, Suzanne previously contributed to IMS Health from 2012 to 2016, overseeing the global Ethics and Compliance Program. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Global Onboarding at IMS Consulting Group, where a new onboarding program was implemented, and various senior managerial positions at IMS Health focusing on global operations and client experience. Earlier career experiences include store management at JCrew, Victoria's Secret, and Gap, Inc. Suzanne holds a BA in English Literature from Tufts University.
